Yuengling hasn't sold out to A-B, as far as I'm aware.

I must be misinformed. I thought that part of the reason that they expanded so rapidly and were able to brew and distribute over such a large portion of the country so quickly compared to their previous territory was that they got bought by one of the big breweries.
