Sean Hannity and Alan Colmes were in the 'Robert Smigel' cartoon on the final 'Saturday Night Live' show of the season Sat. night. In the cartoon they showed Sean and Alan on the set of Hannity & Colmes. It went by so quick that I do not have the exact quote from Sean's character, though I think it was Christian/religion related.
They also had a couple of other FoxNews show hosts... I know that John Gibson was one of them.
FoxNews was cast in a negative light as you can imagine... as though FoxNews is a cover-up organization for George Bush and the Republican party.
Hopefully someone here has a video saved from SNL last Saturday night they can link to it here.
I thought the same thing about Dan Akroyd, John Delushi and whole 70's cast!
Damn, I'm old!
Rita Cosby lost it for me when she was involved in the Gore/Bush election decision and was weighing in with decision information and no substantiation. She was not practicing good journalism, thought I think she might have been capable enough for it. Sadly,it's become a complete whore's game, as opposed to merely a folly for a loose woman. V's wife.
another pathetic attempt by SNL to boost ratings if you ask me.
