My heart hurts for you. I join with others in lifting you up in prayer. May God comfort you, and may you feel His love and peace.

It's as though he didn't even know I was there. His soul knows you're there and how much you care. Too many who've come back confirm as much. Whether he recovers or goes on your love and care is acknowleged and appreciated regardless. There's no such thing as love wasted.

EW, please know you and your husband are not alone in this. Keeping you both in heartfelt prayer, keep in touch, and God Bless you both.

Prayers for Eternal Warming and her family.
To: trussell
Prayers up for all involved. May the Lord Jesus Christ grant them the strength, comfort, love, and peace of spirit they need in the coming days. May He see that they always have enough. In Jesus' Holy Name I pray. Amen.

trussel, please convey my sympathy to EW. I will remember her and her husband in my prayers. Tell her we miss her.
To: trussell
I washed his face, massaged his body, talked to him, prayed for him and read scripture to him. Nothing could make him wake up. He's already gone home to glory. Be happy for him even while you grieve, his pain is gone and yours begins. The One who took your dear one home will help you through. Prayers.

Barb, God bless you, and your husband.
I don't usually respond to prayer requests, although I always note them and remember them.
This is the hardest road you will ever walk down in life... once you have done this, you can do anything else, for anything else will seem easy and simple in comparison.
He may not respond, but he knows your voice, and touch, and scent... do what you can to let him know you are there, and that you love him. Tell him you will be alright ( a hard thing to say, but he must hear it from you ) and to let go when he needs to.
And I will tell you the truth- it is not the dying that is so hard- it is the silence thereafter.
God bless. Stay strong. There is no shame in tears you shed for those you love.

Barb,
Please know that I'm praying for you and your husband. You're a very loving wife, continue to wash him, give him massages and read scripture to him. He knows you're there, even if he can't communicate.
Rest in the Lord right now, he will give you both peace.

May God hold EW and her husband close to Him now and give them peace and strength. May He ease the passing of her husband and heal her grief, in Jesus' name.
