This is almost completely accurate. I have an innate sense for when things aren't going well, or can foresee potential problems before they arise. One of my formers bosses called me the Bomb Squad; I always knew when a project was about to explode and worked to diffuse it. I'm a long range planner and want things done in the most professional and timely manner possible.
Women are often stereotyped for being flighty and emotional. I detest the "organic" open form fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants style of management. It's wasteful and foolish. I want rock solid ideas, tangible goals, hard facts, and well formed opinions.
Then again, I was born left handed and am right-brain dominant. If people look at my work product without noticing my name, they often presume I am a man.
