Woman Beats Rap For Boyfriend's Sex Injury
Appeals Court Says Girlfriend Not Liable
POSTED: 9:31 am EDT May 17, 2005
BOSTON -- Make love at your own risk. That's the gist of a ruling from a Massachusetts state appeals court.
A man only identified as John Doe in court papers sued a former lover. He contended the woman suddenly changed positions during sex, fracturing his you-know-what.
The man had emergency surgery in September 1994 and says he's been unable to satisfactorily perform since.
The court papers say he hasn't responded to medication or counseling.
The appeals court ruled the woman isn't legally responsible for her boyfriend's injuries. A lawyer for the man said they may file an appeal.

Unfortunate choice of words ping!
What did he fracture?? It's not like it has an actual BONE in it???
Sounds like an Urban Legend.....
This must have been a hard case.
Sounds like he has a bone to pick with her.
It's Bush's fault!
LOL!
My thoughs zacly..I thought Boner was a figure of speach???
Literally.
Ain't that the truth! ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!
LOL!!! (post of the year!)
This needs a thorough hearing. I suspect that there's damaging evidence in the briefs. I can't blame the guy, I'm sure he'd love to stick it this woman, if he could. In closing, I encourage him to keep it up and continue with the appeals, as hard as that may be.
Been there, done that, hurt a little, but still works fine. Can't imagine what way she shifted to damage it that much to require a lawsuit? sheesh...
So thats what that cracking sound was......thought id bottomed out....
Million dollar idea.......a brassiere with turn signals?
Ok, now I need to lie down for awhile, that was a rough one to read... :(
Bailiff...did you wack that man's peepee?
Woah...I didn't know a woman could actually "fracture" a guy!
