The owners were required to provide financial and operational records by Monday and to appear at a congressional hearing on Tuesday.

I bet the media is all over this one. Pixelated footage anyone?

I understand Barney Frank subpoenaed 25 of them for investigatory purposes.

Of course, this is all from that august body that wouldn't dream of passing legislation requiring drug testing of its members.

I'll hold my opinion until Barney Frank weighs in.

Drug tests are unconstitutional - they violate the Fourth Amendment, and I don't care what the Supremos have to say about it either. I can read as well as they can.

Most people use these products because of weed. I dont know why, they dont work and never will. The only way to remove THC from positive testing levels is to burn fat. The people using these products are getting a double whammy-losing their money and their jobs..

Drug tests are unconstitutional.

Wrong. The Supremes, however, did strike down drug testing in one, count 'em, one case - when it was to be applied to judges and legislators. Go figure.

Shh.... Don't tell Rep. Whitfield... He'll start looking for ways to ban treadmills and exercise bikes.

Wrong.

I was posting what was actually the case, not what has been ruled on by SCOTUS. We Americans are the ultimate arbitrators as to what is constitutional, not the judges,IMHO.

when it was to be applied to judges and legislators. Go figure.

Scum is too nice a word for them.

From a related article, the fake penis comes with de-hyrated urine (just add water!).

So it would work.

Oh, I completely agree. Frankly, I think our Founding Citizens were suckers to fall for the Constitution, the meaning of which could be changed at any time by 5 out of 9 lifetime political appointees.
