Sorry about the messenger language but I think is informal enoug.
More guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens reduces crime.
It's easier than grammar control.
For one thing there are enough laws now if they were used, for another the gun control nuts will increment us to death. First its one law then another and before long a BB gun is hailed in the same rating as a Thompson submachine gun. Give the gun nuts an inch and they want a mile.
Well, a good start is: only the law abiding will follow gun control laws. A criminal is a criminal because he, by definition, does not obey the law.
oh...sorry didn't read the entire post.
1st. If I have done nothing wrong the Govt. has no right to tell me I can't own a gun of my choosing.
2nd. When criminals know people in a certain region own guns they are less likely to try and break in.
Arms in the hands of the people are the only proven security against tyranny.
That's it! I have no more reasons.
The Bill of Rights guarantees it.
It is totally logical.
My list starts with an austrian street artist/WWI corporal turned political activist named Adolph Schicklegruber.
Protection from tyranny. Everytime I read an account of conditions in some hellhole like North Korea or Zimbabwe I realize the value of the 2nd ammendment. When the people have guns it's much more dificult to round them up and send them to the gulags.
Google searches are helpful. That's how I found this:

The Case Against Gun Control

There is NO objective evidence that it works to reduce crime. The National Research Council just published a book that did a through research of gun control etc. Mind you this was set up and funded by Clinton Adm. and all but one researcher was anti-gun and they found NO evidence. I got the book and read it. Boring academic study but very revealing. The title of the book "Firearms and Violence", There were a few blips in the print media about this. Had it proved what the gun control groups had wanted we would have had Special Reports and a 3 series of 60 minutes reporting on it. Alas our great Media. Although the 2nd amendment is a good enough reason.
1) Dial 911 and die? Not me. I'll take care of it until they get there.
2) How else do you protect yourself, your family, and your friends?
3) Causes the bad guy to move on to the next unarmed liberal....errr...citizen. Sorry.
4) Where would we be today if the colonists weren't allowed to have guns back around 1770's?
5) Columbine? Luby's Restaurant? Xerox - Hawaii? Not me. Me and my .45ACP are going home.
i don't own guns, but i like the idea of my friends and neighbors owning guns. it reduces crime. criminals do not know who owns guns.
You answered this yourself on March 22nd.

My top argument against gun control is that it only disarms law-abiding citizens. Someone who will break into your house or sell drugs will also ignore laws regarding guns.
But you only asked for 10
