Don't know about the administration, but I view dead beat dads as sorry individuals who should have their gonads removed.

My ex has NEVER paid child support after 89 months, and ya know what?....I SUPPORTED MY KIDS MYSELF BY WORKING MY REAR OFF WITHOUT ONE PENNY FROM THE STATE!

The Federal Government has no responsibility for your child support issues. That's a state/local issue.

The federal governement has little, if anything, to do with collection of child support.

It is a state-by-state issue, with generally the attorney general of each state being in charge of collecting.

First of all you need to go back to the court that had issued the order of child support order, and state that the father needs to be held in con temp of court by not living up to his responsibilities, then got to the state Atty general where you live and file a complaint with them on the grounds of non payment of child support. The courts will generally take over from there. In some cases there could be jail time for this [non payment of support].

But this is not a federal issue, but there are some in congress that would like it to be, there fore a further reduction of the states to govern themselves, and becoming more of a nanny state led by an all knowing, all powerful federal government.

Listen dork, EVERY state has 4D unit in their Family Services Department. That is a REQUIRED unit that deals with child support payments. Try a little PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and find out where to go for help and get off of the "administrations" butt. The "administration" didn't pop out some kids then want someone else to take care of them. Am I a PO'd taxpayer, you bet.

Yeah - I know - she's banned - but only 26 months? Come on - let's talk about dead beat moms. My ex is 60 months plus behind in her child support. And it's only $100 a month.

How does this present administration view dead beat dads? I have received no child support for 26 months, my ex husbnd is a Greek Orthodox Priest who holds a valid Marriage Counselor Licence and Mental Health Therapist.

I want to know the name of the Mental Health Therapist he's holding!
