DULUTH, Ga. When runaway bride Jennifer Wilbanks made her way home after running away last week, John Mason was waiting to give something to his fiancée.
"The first thing I gave to her when I saw her was her diamond back. ... She put it right on her finger," Mason told FOX News' Sean Hannity in an exclusive interview to be broadcast Monday at 9 p.m. EDT.

There is something really fishy going on here. Evidently SHE HAD BROKEN OFF THE ENGAGEMENT before her supposed kidnapping and HE DIDN'T TELL THE AUTHORITIES THAT?
That seems to be the case when the woman is CRAZY.
Look at her eyes. The woman's cracked. Hopefully John "Mason" can repair it. Doubt it.
Hope the media drops this story very soon. I'm sick of hearing about it.
But even stranger than these birds are the pastors at their church. Why would a pastor EVER advise folks who have been shackin' up for years to wear white, walk down the aisle, and invite the universe? It's not fittin'.....
I don't think she should go to jail BUT I do think she should pay the expenses. Hannity is all wet on this one. Actions have consequences. $100,000 or some round number like that will definately have people rethinking pulling the same nonsense.
"It's not fittin'....."
Correction: It ain't fittin'.
LOL! That appeared strange to me as well.
There are two clear and distnict possibilities:
1) The guy is so in love, that the haze can't let him see what's getting into if he goes ahead with the wedding. Believe me, we men can do pretty stupid things when we're in love.
2) The guy is so hopelessly pussywhipped, that he hasn't had the testicular fortitude to send the psychobitch on her merry and nutty way. A complete moron, if you ask me.
,,, the stupidity is easier to quantify.
Why would a pastor EVER advise folks who have been shackin' up for years to wear white, walk down the aisle, and invite the universe? It's not fittin'.....
It's called DONATION, as in $$$ to the collection plate.
... whipped.
He deserves everything he gets that's for sure!
I haven't followed this case too closely, so I won't comment on this woman or her fiancee. I'm willing to bet, however, that there are script writers in Hollywood frantically putting together a script for the movie that will be made based on this incident. Also, I wonder when Oprah will book the couple on her show?
No, she left her jewelry (and purse and cell phone and ID) home when she went jogging. She's a marathon runner (think runs a lot) and most runners don't exercise wearing their jewelry. For one thing, she's liable to work up a sweat and the ring may fall right off her finger. I've had that happen myself and have seen it happen to others, including my son.
I agree with you. On the surface it's easy to chalk it up to him being a fool, but he did live with her for 5 years (I think), and was on the verge of taking wedding vows.
Clearly, Ms. Wilbanks needs help, and maybe he wants to be part of that instead of just kicking her to the curb like yesterday's garbage.
Why, that is so JUDGMENTAL! (Or so I'm told whenever I say it, which is often.) But, seriously, there is a response from this guy's church that is just too funny. You can read it here.
Look,if I had a fiance/GF like that,i`d dump her like yesterday`s news.
This unhinged girl is a crack-pot that needs some time in the hooskow to think about what an F`up she really is.Filing false police reports is a felony.
Somewhere in Hollywood, some TV executive just jumped out of his seat and exclaimed ' I've got the next HUGE reality TV show - life with the Masons!'
The show would mirror the Osborn show.
Woe unto those pastors....selling easy believism, rather than true repentance.
