He's tried the Auzzie Shiraz types, but didn't like them; too dry. I know the Red Zins are dry as well, but if he's only drinking 4oz or so, he could probably stand it. I'll look for an Aussie Zin, though.

Paul took a Wine class at Cornell last semester, and has become much more knowledgable about varieties, etc. He's brought home some good ones! We had a German Reisling the other night that was almost too sweet for me! He's got another one from Alsace that we're going to try.

Mmm.... Shiraz...

I like dry wines! Shiraz is my favorite red, Sauv Blanc is my favorite white. Reislings are almost always too sweet for me, Merlots are too oaky... I haven't really had red zins but I don't like white ones at all.
