Good morning!
In his bid for reelection, Prime Minister Tony Blair is ahead. While some Brits are not to fond of Blair they are less fond of his opponents.
There is a frequent poster here on FR asking for prayer for some dire situation he's going through in India. His logon is Paul Ciniraj. He posts such experiences so frequently that I have wondered if he is really legitimate or if he is just yanking our chains.
Instead of openly challenging him on his threads, I asked here if anyone knew any background. Kassie kindly helped me out with the research.
It appears that Pastor Ciniraj is on the level. His internet posts have been consistent since at least 2002 and in forums other than Free Republic.
Kayak is right. It is better to err on the side of prayer and assistance than callously disregarding him altogether. However, it doesn't hurt to ask for verification.
I was questioning his on-going heart-breaking tales.

I understand. Sometimes it's hard to digest the many travails that some people are involved in today. I agree with your reasons for questioning and the resultant information / suggestions you received from kassie and lysie.

Guess what? Yesterday, I got ANOTHER missive from RNC, and you and I KNOW what it was about w/out opening the envelope, don't we? I'm pondering now about should I chuck in the trash or mail it back to them w/a message: "No more donations until the Republican MAJORITY stops caving and starts doing what we voters voted for them to DO."

Will do! It galls me that after we send them $$$$ and work like blazes to get them elected that they sit on their tushes and quiver every time some poll or a dem attack goes down, they cave. I crave results for my vote and my $$.

Your expectations are reasonable to me. I am going to hold off on sending them any more moola until they get their act together.
I don't hold all of them responsible for the lack of action by a few, but unfortunately, if we don't talk with our money we'll just keep on getting what we've been getting recently.
