Yup. I can relate. Smug and know it all. G's sil.

I'll never forget what she told me a few years ago.

My bil was having difficulty with the home that he was renting and there was a possibility that he was to be laid off from his job in NJ.

His wife told me that 'we haven't told mil yet, but we are going to come back to live with her...give her one room....and I'm going to start my daycare in the rest of the house.'

Right then and there I knew where she stood and believe me she WILL have NO say in my mil's business or G. will get an earful from me.

Good morning! Should have posted a link to the new thread last night on yesterday's...oh well. Will try to remember tonite.

Jane, last night's Miss Marple Mystery was very enjoyable, but I was wrong about the actress: not Ann Massey, but another English actress who's pretty similar in appearance and age.

Any chance hubby can get his Mom to sign a new Power of Attorney? Perhaps she'd do it easily when she hears what the smug SILs have in mind for her.
