So she is talking about a "Living Will", not her will for when she dies and her assets.
I would think she would avoid wills for most of it and utilize trusts to avoid estate taxes.

Recent news shows how important it is that each of us has a living will.
The form below will prevent outside interference should you end up in dire straits in the future.

I, _________________________ (fill in the blank), being of sound mind and body, do not wish to be kept alive indefinitely by artificial means.
Under no circumstances should my fate be put in the hands of peckerwood politicians who couldn't pass ninth grade biology if their lives depended on it.
If a reasonable amount of time passes and I fail to sit up and ask for a cold beer, it should be presumed that I won't do so ever again. When such a determination is reached, I hereby instruct my spouse, children and attending physicians to pull the plug, reel in the tubes and call it a day!

I think if you fill out enough organ donor cards, that you get that handled for you immediately if your life is in question or if they need the parts.

Anna's publicist deserves whatever money that she is paying. Before I saw this report, I almost forgot about her (especially since Maria Sharapova has most of my attention nowadays).
