It kinda sucks... I used to like the Dixie Chicks until they got stupid and forgot who their audience was.
Nope, didn't listen before and no reason to start.
Funny, I was thinking about this the other day. Having played in a band many years ago, I always thought chicks that could actually play instruments were... hot! And, being over 40, I really did like their music.
That said, I thought about it the other day, and as much as I wouldn't mind hearing that sound again, I know if I heard it I would just be... p!ssed....

Speaking of songwriting I just got back from LA writing with the Dixie Chicks for several days... we came up with two great songs, I was really happy. The songs weren't country but they weren't not country either. A new experience for me in many ways. They're really fun to work with and speak their minds very freely and funnily. I loved it.

WHOOPS TIME FLEW AGAIN
Just came back from LA working with the Dixie Chicks. What a classy crew. Or sassy? Anyway I have enjoyed their company. You more conservative rightie readers of this page will be glad to know that the four of us enjoyed a handful of ultra lefty type conversations; just imagine whatever would have made your blood boil the most and that's what we were saying.
But mostly it was music.
Natalie will also be kissing Bill Mahers butt this friday on real time! LOL~
Btw, did anyone see the radio station's slogan? "Country from Chicago to South Bend".

Who wants to listen to them? They lost their core audience when they turned into a shrill leftist group. They're irrelevant.
Do you mean the "Dixie Skanks?" I thought they all left the country and are living in Free Namibia or some other garden spot that is deserving of them.
