Will O'Reilly finally wise up about Michael Schiavo?

Yesterday on the radio, Bill O'Reilly said that if Michael Schiavo doesn't allow the Schindler family to have a funeral for Terri WITH HER BODY PRESENT, then O'Reilly will see Michael as a "villain."
This is a little late for O'Reilly, who's been walking a middle line throughout the Schiavo ordeal. In my opinion, he certainly wasn't "looking out for" this woman as the fight was on to keep her from being deliberately starved to death. And he's also said that Greer passes the smell test.
I don't get O'Reilly - - - sometimes he can recognize corruption and evil, and he'll go after it like a pit bull (ACLU, for example), but here he basically yawned while the deliberate starving of a disabled woman was perpetrated.

He uses his power for SOME goods, but not all.
The other night (I gag as I admit to watching...) he pulled a GrimGreer, declaring that questions about Terri's "PVS" question were settled--that is, that she had PVS, period, no debate.
IOW, he defines the debate by defining the language.

That would be the 'Ms.-ery' Company? Wittily put, and oh so accurate.

We CAN make up our minds and most of us have made up our minds, recognizing that Terri Schindler (Schiavo) was dehydrated and starved to death by Michael Schiavo, by Attorney George Felos, by Judge George Greer and by the black-robed rebelliously evil trained seals of the Floriduh appellate courts and the Federal courts (especially Eleventh Circus Court of Appeals Judge Birch) who have collectively decided to declare their revolution against Congress and the Presidency. All of that IS as simple as black and white.
It is also as simple as black and white that the American people, the president and the Congress need to declare, wage and win counter-revolution against the elitist turds in black robes who think they have some business accommodating Michael Schiavo in the murder of his wife.
There is no credible evidence whatsoever to believe that Michael Schiavo has told the truth or intended other that the death of Terri. As her nurses report, Michael was raving a dozen years ago and saying: "When is this b*tch going to die?"
Schiavo is scum and he will find his living hell on earth a distinct pleasure compared with what may well await him after he dies (perhaps by dehydration if justice of a rough sort is to be served). As MacBeth used to say: "Out! Out! Damned Spot!"

Well put, but I might remind you it was LADY Macbeth who screamed "Out, out damned spot!" Kinds of reminds me of what might have been going through Hilary's mind after Vince Foster.

Let us not forget the complicity of the MSM in this travesty, as in the ABC poll whose questions were factually incorrect and designed to solicit the answer that they wanted, that it was fine to kill her, which was then shoved down our throats over and over again. It is heartening to see, as evidenced by the recent Zogby poll, that the great majority of the American people are on the right side of this issue. It gives me hope.

Let us all remember that Michael Schiavo melted down Terri's wedding ring to make a ring for himself. There is such a grotesque mockery of the meaning of Marriage in all of this that I can scarcely take it in.
May Bishop Lynch be held accountable for his role in failing to do anything at all that resembled the apostolic ministry of a bishop of the Catholic Church.

IT IS NOT BLACK AND WHITE! There was many different court hearings, and court appointed guardian for Terry. There were many medical exams, and testimonies. There is no reason for me (without knowing all the facts, and the legal maneuvers) to judge that judge as an evil guy. The only problem I have with this case is why starving her to death? That is very barbaric. Typically in terminal patients, you inject a little something and the patient dies. The end. I cannot get all lathered up about Schiavo or Scott Peterson or any of that stupid tabloid justice. The people in the court with exposure to mountain of fact make the judgment on our behalf. Now, is it possible that a judge or a jury can be stupid/vindictive/with hidden agenda? Damn right!

You noticed that too! It's a snake-like mannerism very similar to that of a senator who ran for president last year. Creepy. Is this guy possessed or what?

Yep - when some "expert" starts out by saying "this is a very complex issue", look out; talking point alert. Time to change the channel.

GrimGreer is evil because he CHOSE to enforce a petition to kill Terri Schindler. He had the choice, and could have simply denied the petition on damn near any grounds he wanted--and let the appeals process take its course.
But he complied with what he knew to be a death sentence.

You noticed that too!Felos likes to pretend he has control over everything. He's even said he can control whether planes stay up in the sky.
But he can't seem to control his own tongue.

As an outsider looking in, you and I DO NOT HAVE AS MUCH information or law education to evaluate the circumstances under which that judge rendered his order. We all can agree that the net results was barbaric. A shot of morphine for example could have killed that suffering woman, but to avoid intentional killing a la Kevorkian precedent, he resorted to starvation to death. All that stupidity is legal maneuvering rather than moral judgments. The American soldier who went into the mosque in Iraq, and found that wounded Iraqi guy on the ground, and point blank shot him dead causing an outcry a couple of month ago, was found "innocent" last week on "Mercy Killing" that dude. We all accepted that judgment. If it was up to me, I think OJ was death penalty guilty, and Robert Blake & Scott Peterson were guilty but not death penalty guilty! We know the judgments came out not in agreement with me, but life goes on.

Pinging the regnant Catholic lawyer on the topic of law.
We agree on almost all of it; the military case is exceptional, IIRC, because wounded goblins in Iraq tend to pull out guns when one is not paying close attention.

You are correct. That soldier that shot this wounded guy in the mosque had just lost his friend the day before as he was patrolling the streets. The length that these Muslim terrorists can go to afflict damage on us is phenomenon. I am glad that they let him go on "mercy killing" ground.
