The issue here is to examine claims made based upon prior examinations that Terri Schinlder was abused.Did any doctor who actually examined her contend that she may have been abused?
There is also a statute of limitations on abuse charges in most places.

There is also a statute of limitations on abuse charges in most places. There is, but if Michael maintains that Terri really died in 1990, then whatever caused her collapse would be her cause of death. There is no statute of limitations on murder.

Did any doctor who actually examined her contend that she may have been abused? Yes. The term used was "history of trauma" indicated by a bone scan.
If abuse contributed to her initial collapse, then it would be a case where there is no statute of limitations.
