Did any doctor who actually examined her contend that she may have been abused?

Yes. The term used was "history of trauma" indicated by a bone scan.

If abuse contributed to her initial collapse, then it would be a case where there is no statute of limitations.

"History of trauma" is not abuse. If I fall off my front porch six times and break my leg six times, my leg has a "history of trauma."

Abuse is a criminal finding, not a medical one.
