Short and sweet, be you a conservative republican, democrat, libertarian what have you. Terri is gone, please for God's sake let's stop the internal bickering and get down to business to see that this type of thing doesn't happen again.
Regardless of what side you are on in this debate, we are not going to do Terri, her family, ourselves or our Country any good by slamming and debasing each other.
It's now time to roll up our sleeves and get to work removing the likes of Judge Greer and other Judicial Tyrants from the Judiciary. It's also time to start hammering our elected reps to begin putting the Judiciary back into it's proper place as a co-equal part of government instead of the "Final word" on laws that our representatives have enacted.
God bless Terri's family and God have mercy on the United States.
Rest in peace, Terri.
I agree. Lets fix this judicial problem. It's outta hand.
Much of the "internal bickering" was over whether Judge Greer did anything wrong at all. There's no point in saying "let's all stop arguing and simply agree with me".
The thing is that we can't consider this fight over. There are some 30,000 others in America in similar condition to Terri's.
Point out to me where I said "agree with me"
When was the last time you saw the DUers forgiving ANYONE?
Lets make sure the Pope's feeding tube is pulled next (sarcasm).
Here are some resources as we focus on the greater issues at hand:

Hear Hear!! Now its time to roll up our sleeves and get to work! We must make sure those two judges Whittemore and Greer are ousted out of power and make sure we get legislation so this thing can never happen again! I understand that alot of the people who were keeping vigil outside the Hospice are disabled people who are scared to death this might happen to them. WE MUST DO IT FOR THEM AND FOR US!
May God bring her into his peace.
Exactly. The ones who insist that Greer was right do not have the best interests of this country at heart, in my opinion. If Greer and his crew have their way, we will become what we fought in WWII. I do not want that for my country.
Better yet, let's just ignore it until it happens again.
Let's take it out on the judges, where most of the blame belongs. And let's all get behind a murder investigation to dispel the doubts about what really happened here once and for all.
Totally agree with you.
The real issue here is the judicial system.
Rancor is what we do. It's why I come to FreeRepublic and it's how I fine tune my views.
40 million abortions!
How can we roll up our sleeves and work together to oust judges like Greer when some on FR thought Greer was right all along? I can work well with those who feel an injustice was done in this case--but how to work with someone who feels there is nothing whatever wrong with what they did to Terri?
