Nice to know another freeper here., that is also on AK.

BTW-- you going to the march next week? I want to go, but it seems no one from around here is going.

Yeah, I'm glad there are other electronics buffs here too. BTW, I think I remember seeing your posts there, also saw that huge motherload of a junk pile of old TV's and parts at that place. If you know what you're looking for, it would be a good place to score some parts.

Judicial marches, love to go, but right now, I'm of limited means so I'm looking for better jobs and so on, but if there are any in the Pittsburgh area, I would consider going if my work schedule permits. I currently work developing pictures in a drugstore. If I could go and it's in the cards, I plan to be there, this Terri case is the last, last straw.

Speaking of Terri and the South Park episode, I thought it as lame as sin. I stayed up too, should have been in bed. First, more is at stake than a Playstation and I'm a Playstation junky and a Final Fantasy "fanboy" to boot. B-) Good try, but it fell flat.

If you missed the show it will probably be rerun this weekend on Comedy Central. Check their schedule. I saw it. It's pretty good! :)

Probably the best insight on the whole issue I had seen yet. It originally aired on Wednesday night, rerun comes on Thursdays

How did Kenny get the money to buy the PSP? He's hella poor.

I missed the 9:30 episode Thursday and didn't catch it until halfway through. Know it was a rerun but it's one of their better episodes. Mongolians!!

I think the best part of the episode was when the attorney found the last page of Kenny's will.

Please, if I am ever on life support do not show me on national television.

Also, this show aired before Terri died, so it was a topical show with plenty of lead time.

but South Park's "cute little" Jesus jokes make me physically ill.

Such as their stating that America has so forgotten Jesus and his message that he has to do a public access show to get his word out?

Or when Jesus and Satan had a boxing match that Satan is such a deceiver and shouldn't be trusted as evidenced by his throwing his match against Jesus to win all the gamblers money who bet on Satan?

How do they produce a new show, in such a short time?

The animation is pretty much all automated and computer-driven, so all they have to do is come up with a storyline, move characters around, and do the dialog. IIRC, Trey lately does most of the work, and comes in only a few days before deadline to do it. And by submitting it just before deadline the censors don't have time to tell him to cut anything out.

jaybee, you were slightly off on your recollection.

Cartman's side was doing the right thing for the wrong reasons and Kyles side was doing the wrong thing for the right reasons.

I'm surprised that Michael Schiavo never pulled out his BFF necklace during all of this. Coulda saved a lot of trouble!

Willie would forgive them, and even applaud them if the final product was delivered by train though. He would even encourge the outsourcing if the train was a Maglev.

Haha, that one was great! When Satan tells everyone he threw the match to win all their money, one guy in the background goes "that's evil." HAHAHA

... Sounds like I wouldn't be disappointed.

Your expectations appear to be driven by your morality. Last night's episode was one of the best, hilarious and poignant.

As I recall the bottom line, the protagonists were 'wrong for the right reasons', while the antagonists were 'right for the wrong reasons'. Great series and a great episode.

Actually, the opposite is true. They can turn things out so quickly because they're a low-tech operation. The animation is all stop-action done with paper cut-outs.
