The Florida Rules of Civil Procedure allow a deposition to be taken prior to a civil action actually being filed. Filing and serving this on Terri, and asking the court for an order inserting the tube so as allow the witness to live in order for the deposition, may be a last, best hope. It's clear Jeb isn't going to do anything.
You'll have to come up with a cause of action.
"But Mommy, he's got my tinfoil hat! MINE! MINE! MINE!"
Bring on the war!

"OOOOOOOOOO.
You mean we have a CHOICE of why we want him defrocked??? Gooooooody!"
Remember: God, God, God.
About those people working in the HOSPICE itself...
Depending on what's been happening, there could be larger investigations on and they could/might/may want to protect their own licensed .....uh..
YES!
Think of them in the same vein as nurses and doctors who work in the abortion mills.
Not all of them actively kill the babies.
None of them SAVE the babies.
Slight difference, in the eyes of the law.
But in the eye's of my Lord it's all the same.....
Just go back to your conspiracy theories. Michael Schiavo is a criminal mastermind, after all.
My, don't you affect righteousness well!
I can hardly envision you defending the law if it went against your pet values.
No law has the right to step beyond the bounds of morality to command murder.
If law were as closely examined as it should be, ADA and other civil rights laws would certainly be seen being violated.
I'm afraid that if this were my child, nothing less than an automatic weapon would be used to remove her from that "hospice".
By the time it reached this stage I would be insane with grief and Michael Shiavo would already be dead.
You, at least, got that part correct.
I'm beginning to think good cop bad cop is playing out. This is beyond disgraceful. They're forcing this euthanasia idea on all of us. Who will be allowed to be killed 5 years from now?
I signed a petition yesterday because Greer has overseen many points of the Florida Estatutes. Yes, I think he has gone illegal.
You can see the actual document HERE.
Here are the relevant portions:

It is furtherThis clearly is not the order for removal of "artificial life support" or even the removal of a feeding port - it is undeniably the order to starve Terri Schiavo to death.ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that absent a stay from the appellate courts, the guardian, MICHAEL SCHIAVO, shall cause the removal of nutrition and hydration from the ward, THERESA SCHIAVO, at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2005

Guess what I found.......
Terri
"The road to abuse
That's a system that's ripe for abuse by family members with ulterior motives. It's what many believe has happened in the case of Terri Schiavothe disabled Florida woman whose husband has kept her in a hospice for years while seeking the court's permission to remove the feeding tube on which she depends so she can starve to death. Michael Schiavo lives with and has fathered two children with another woman and stands to inherit Terri's estate if she diesthe reason her parents believe he's never divorced her.
"The Terri Schiavo case cannot be understood without
the background of hospice and the right-to-die movement," Panzer said. "She was placed [in hospice care] as a test case for the right-to-die movement to establish a legal precedent to end the lives of the disabled using hearsay evidence [about her end-of-life wishes], which is very common in hospice settings and in cases where one family member wishes to end the life of the patient."
