I've corrected a number of people on this. The fault is the MSM who keeps perpetuating the outright lie that the Judge is simply removing artificial life support.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Emergency Stay filed on February 15, 2005 is DENIED. It is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that absent a stay from the appellate courts, the guardian, MICHAEL SCHIAVO, shall cause the removal of nutrition and hydration from the ward, THERESA SCHIAVO, at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2005

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, at Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, at 2:50 p.m. this 25 day of February, 2005.

This clearly is not the order for removal of "artificial life support" or even the removal of a feeding port - it is undeniably the order to starve Terri Schiavo to death.

Thank you for this information. My instincts told me that there is no way our legal system can permit this authority to a judge. Do you know if any of Terri's attorneys are challenging this? It doesn't take an attorney to see that this is clearly illegal. If this stands, no one is safe from a judge, or family member who can find a sympathetic judge, who wants you dead.
