I think you're mistaken about this. He pursued and won a malpractice suit against her ob/gyn. The fact that most of the award went into a trust for her hospice care was irrelevant to the winning of the malpractice suit, which was based upon care prior to her cardiac arrest.

The LYING SCHIAVO BROTHERS, Scott and Steve on local Philly talk radio said,"There's NOTHIN' in there." The court listened to THE LOWLIFE THUGGY SHIAVOS, instead of the polite, respectable, LOVING SCHINDLERS!!!!!!! WE ARE in SUCH TROUBLE as a nation!!!!!
