I don't think it's fair for the judges to pick the songs for them. They all have their favorites and could so easily sway this.

She sounds nervous. Getting better now.

She has a great voice, she will get a contract.

My sentiments exactly. Is Randy trying to pigeonhole Carrie with a country song?

Carrie's doin' Shania...
Not a bad choice!
But not much to showcase her voice...

Perfect song for Carrie.
She probably should have been on that Leanne Ryme's show.
Carrie is a C&W singer -- no question.
And Randy did right by her.

I think she looks and sounds great! You can tell she liked the song choice.

Carrie finishes strong--YES!

I don't like this song that Jackson picked for Carrie. He knows she's not comfortable flaunting herself. What a jerk. Plus it's not a deep song. That dink.

No. It wasn't Carrie's best.
To: Lijahsbubbe
I respectfully diagree.
She is a C&W singer and that is a great C&W pop song.

Carrie's problem is that she has no rhythm..she can't dance...and being on stage hurts her singing..she will be great in a studio, recording..

I'd like to see Carrie in the outfit Shania wore on this song!
Let's hope Simon's right...

The song choice was good, but the key was about a third too low for Carrie.
