My young son was so upset when Clay didn't win. He insisted the show was rigged.

He'll be fine....
If this was purely about singing voice, he would win or be the runner-up, IMO.

I like Anthony but his parents creep me out.
When I called him Bronze Diaper I was referring to the shrine his parents made. I reeeeally feel sorry for any wife he might have in the future.

I didn't watch that season, but I can image that it was very hard when Clay lost to Rueben.

I think Ginger was a ho.

Vonzel has the vocals to winVonzel is a beautiful young woman, but she's almost always goes flat. That's one of the reasons she uses the scale on a note - she slides off the note in the upper range, which is usually flat, and brings it down an octave before she completely locks on it. She has pitch problems. If she's recording, that's no problem. When the music is loud, it covers it. But she definitely has pitch problems. Anthony's voice is extraordinarly clear and right on tone. He may not present as well, but he's a much better vocalist.

I didn't watch AI that year. Clay won all right, just ask Reuben.
Maybe I should root for Vonzell, while voting for Carrie. The people I root for don't win. I wanted DeGarmo to win and instead the screech owl won. :(

I thought everyone was a Mary Ann (just looked up the spelling on IMDB) fan -- but my older brother told me he was a Ginger guy.

FYI--Vonzelle and Fedorov in the bottom two.
Fedorov got the boot!

My dog says Letterman is past his bed time, plus he won't allow himself to be exploited on a liberal's show.

There was a live thread that night and none of us could get through to vote for Clay...I thought it was rigged..
To: Netizen
When they introduced his parents they had this whole wall and room with all the stuff from Anthony. It was right out of "Meet the Fockers."

I reeeeally feel sorry for any wife he might have in the future.Gosh isn't that the truth. I would imagine momma is going to make things VERY difficult for the young lady.

BTW, what ever happened to Reuben?
Or, Fantasia?
To: conservativebabe
It was wierd.
I am pretty sure he is an only child and his parents clearly were obsessed with him (only or not).
