My dog says he'll vouch for me if anybody doubts it. Unfortunately, Mr. beandog just laughed when I asked him.
Oh I remember that! The MOTHER of all cheesy group songs :) And I also believe that was the first time that Paula did the "drunk dance" from her chair LOL!
Thanks for the thread Jonny. It's so much fun watching with you guys. See ya next week.
You're welcome. Glad you're enjoying it :-D
Yep! That's the one. At least they were having fun and realized it was a train wreck!
Paula was dancing all over the place and even on top of Simon. Then they got her on the stage for just a few seconds.
There was no way she was going to sing though.
Are she and Randy still working on her comeback album?
Mr. Beandog just doesn't want everyone to know about you.
He's scared someone will take you away. Perfectly understandable really. ;-)
Ha! I don't know ... they might've come to their senses and decided to stick with AI for now (I hope!).
That is, of course, what I always tell him.
Hopefully. She isn't in any shape to be dancing right now and her singing....well, you know the problems with her singing.....(ouch, my ears..)
She sure can dance though.
Wow, those are the 2 worst....do you need some Q-tips?
>>Gregorian chants<<
Don't laugh - Simon Cowell produced a group called "Il Divo" - operatic singers, singing contemporary tunes. KSFO's morning show played them singing Toni Braxton's "Unbreak my Heart." You know, it wasn't bad, but I'm over 45. :-)
Funny...but Snoopy is better looking than Constantine!
But Randy's got him in the "Dawg" pound.
Looks like wife-beater-scotty made it through another week. He's such a no-class-trailer-trash-ghetto-boy-wanna-be.
Did you see what he did when he and Anthony were sent to "safe?" Anthony gave Anwar a hug and was sad to see him go. Slingblade just stuck out his chest (and gut) and strolled on by like he was too good to show any emotion.
What a schmuck! I hope he goes next week.
I think Simon picked Carmen, and the public picked Clay. So, who knows what, now? :-)
No. I'm fine thank you.
You are the only one that responded to that post though.
I know they are the worst, but both of them have a compelling story and I would like for them to get as much exposure as possible to increase their chances of getting a career in music.
I don't have ANY illusions that they could actually win.
Those careers may well be on a cruise ship or a Vegas show, or theater, but that's okay.
They can both sing pretty well, they just aren't the best ones on AI.
Thank you for your gracious post!!
I was kinda sad to see Anwar go. He did have a good voice, but he was boring too many times and that hurt him. I thought he was better last night than in a long time.
Anyway..I only voted for Carrie last night. It was hard to get through.
I still would like to see her do some Faith Hill. She could really sing that stuff and she kinda looks like Faith too.
Perhaps we'll get lucky and Lt. Dan will shoot himself in the foot next week by singing something really off key. One can only hope...
A compelling story doesn't make me want to listen....maybe watch a movie-of-the-week....maybe. They did sing better than thousands of other wannabes.
See you next week!!!!
LOL I love that! Now this one will either make you laugh or mess with your sleep:
I'll be here!
