She is a good kid though. I do believe beyond short term, getting a career in country will be rough.

The women in country sound better than here these days and frankly, they have the best looking women of any type of music, so she has to get fit quick.

I love women and approve of many. Not Hillary though...

Regarding performers, I like many types of music by many performers and maybe more are women than men.

In the case of this gal though, I wish her well, but she doesn't have the stuff. You can see it, you can hear it, but she's a nice kid and maybe she'll bank something before these 15 minutes are over.

Actually, I was asking more about appearance, not music.

There are many good types, but "thick" isn't one of the attractive ones for me. At least not in an entertainer.

The issue with the AI lass is a lack of talent, presentation and lastly she is squaty. But her lack of ability most assures me she won't make it. The fact that Country has tons like her who sing and look better doesn't help her.

Do you think that is going to hurt her any?

I don't think so. Most of the winners and runners up got sick either toward the end of the season or just after. Kelly and Tamyra Gray had problems with their throats from about the week before Tamyra got voted off, and Kelly's continued after she won. She also had to cancel a few apperances, or make them just talking appearances and not singing. Hasn't hurt her one bit.

Did you find some way to transfer it to audio tape via the machine or just holding your micro by the speakers?

Just held the little recorder toward the TV. It's the small hand-held cassette type that reporters use to record speakers at press conferences, and students use to record lectures. Not great audio quality, but at least I've captured the only performance that moved me this entire 4th season.
