Sorry, but New York City is the most demographically diverse place on earth, with the most beautiful women from every nation and every ethnic group. Not to mention that as these groups intermarry, New York produces hybridized beauties, as The Great Melting Pot produces gorgeous Afro-Swedish-Chinese-Venezuelans, and so forth.
and I aint seen nothin that will touch em yet.
They may be from Waco or out in Lampasas,
but one thing about it they all come from Texas.

It is amazing that men still fall for this 'rating the women' junk. It is all so superficial.
What is it that make a woman truly beautiful?
A nice smile, a look of intelligence about her, some athleticism, and solid character.
Top that off with a reliable friendship and you've got something enviable.
As to the skirt chasers, keep on trucking, because the kind of woman that spends more time looking at her face in the mirror rather than in prayer looking at her heart is just the kind of woman you deserve. Good luck!
That leaves the odds better for those of us who truly value a womans whole being.

He's sure right about Caracas....the higher income areas like Alta Mira are pretty hot on weekend nights.
I lived in Manhattan for years....sorry...no way in my view unless you are under the tent at a fashion show.
For the USA: Dallas-Ft Worth, LA to San Diego corridor, Miami (tops for my taste), Ole Miss (and North Jackson Miss), Atlanta, Birmingham and Nashville have both improved dramatically. Baton Rouge over New Orleans and Montgomery over Mobile.
Columbus Ohio...yes...it's true. Lexington KY too.
The entire old cotton belt from VA to East Texas across the Deep and Mid South contains pockets of faded gentry that has genetically produced some of the prettiest women in the world since the late 1600s and forward....basically any small town....in the professional and landed classes....Down South, landed rakes don't marry ugly gals and it propagates itself.

As to U.S. cities, I would definitely rate Beaumont, Texas as having the best looking women.
The WORST? According to Clemenza, probably Seattle, WA. Typical woman there is a bony pasty-faced Leftist with purple hair, covered with tattoos and multiple piercings.
