I mean, if I were as completely charitable as I wish I could be...like Jesus, you know...I wouldn't have been so filled with glee when The Boys got toasted...I wouldn't have made the two punkin pies for two dead guys!
Some people just think Peter Jennings is just as bad.
I think Jesus would've enjoyed the pumpkin pie. ;-)

Well, if suffering is the issue... can we wish for a sudden, massive heart attack? I had an uncle go like that... he and his wife came home from a party, he went into the living room while she went into the kitchen. She was talking to him from one room to the other when she heard a noise, went in to the living room to see what was wrong and found him dead on the floor. No warning, no pain, just "thud" on the floor.
ok, ok, just kidding about wishing it on anybody... mostly...

I remember my former pastor saying that that's how he wants to go too.
To be just strolling along then POW!...and wake up in the presence of the Lord. And the feast, of course.
He is a heavy-set fella and has no shame about loving to eat. :-D
How about we send him a knife *after* bootcamp....
That's about the only kind of surprise I wouldn't mind...
I prefer to die in my sleep, as most people do, I guess.
My only hope is that I'll be ill shortly before, so folks that love me have time to come visit me before I go.
You should live long enough to move in with your children...
Although the revenge side of that thought is sweet, I couldn't stand it if my kids started to resent me.
He might appreciate it more, then. ;o)
That happens when they're teenagers.
