I guess the same reason guys' leg and pit hair doesn't do so. Strictly genetics. For some reason though, I think being a lezbo increases the potential length, judging by some of the "gals" here in Seattle.

Actually, if the legs had never been shaved, they wouldn't get cactusy. (New word, just invented it here.)

I'll never forget the time I was in college and baby sat for a weekend for the kids of a former teacher and his wife. I slept on the couch, and in the morning, one of the kids slid under the foot end of my blanket.

When the parents came home, he announced to them that I had "thistley" legs.

Actually women who DON'T shave their legs have smooth non-prickly legs. It is the women who haven't shaved every day or two who have the uncomfortable legs

I would have to agree...shaving is a pain (in more ways than one,lol) but I love the results.

OTOH, my grandmother claims that she's never shaved her legs a day in her life and has smooth skin...she says it's because of the silk stockings she always wears. (vice the regular ones)

I wonder if that's really true, but with so many little ones running around, I'm not gonna pony up the cash to experiment, lol!
