Kid Rock Slams Stars Iraq Opinions (WARNING! FOUL LANGUAGE!)

KID ROCK BLASTS OUTSPOKEN STARS

KID ROCK has attacked celebrities who offer their opinions on the war in Iraq, because he doesn't think stars are intelligent enough to publicly criticise the US President.

The Republican rap-rock star admits he's the last person who should comment on political matters and, though he doesn't always agree with President GEORGE W BUSH, he does support the commander-in-chief and troops fighting for Iraq's freedom.

In a new interview with PLAYBOY magazine, Kid Rock - real name BOB RITCHIE - attacks stars like DIXIE CHICK NATALIE MAINES and feminist comic-turned-anti-Bush radio host JANEANE GAROFALO for thinking they know better than the President.

He rages, "I'm not educated enough to speak about it (the war), and I don't think any of these other motherf**kers are, either.

"I'm pretty sure Janeane Garofalo's and that chick from the Dixie Chicks' educations don't stretch that far.

"Look up CONDI RICE or GEORGE BUSH's education, where they went to school. They've been doing this shit their whole f**king lives, while we've been out dicking around with guitars, entertaining people.

"F**kers in Hollywood who want to use the camera to be like, 'Guess who I'm f**king now?' and 'Oh, stop the war!' - all that shit just makes me sick."

If you think this post should be deleted. Please by all means do it. I was a bit leery of posting this because of the language. Thank you.

I think the bigger issue here is those comments are a lot older than 2/28/05 - unless Kid Rock was just reiterating them.

I like to hear this news. He does have a foul mouth, but hopefully the admin will not have it removed.

I remember there was a lot of talk about Rock when he was removed from the inaugural events, last month.

Amen.....AMEN! To the article! Although you don't need to go to college to know what the heck is going on, you certainly aren't the expert on world matters because you made a million from an album or a movie. If you award yourself all knowing because of any paycheck, from any job, you should step down. We have enough figure heads in our society.

Interesting, tho. What really gets me is the nerve of these people to use their guaranteed-public-exposure to lecture on a subject not their business.

If the Oscars nite was as bad as indicated (I don't watch them anyway, they get enough attention), that's a perfect example.

These mere entertainers should have the DECENCY to shut their mouths in such public forums about things that are not their business. That's what it's about. They don't have the business, and we Joe Schmoes don't have the public pulpit like they do. It's unseemly for these egocentric assholes to use their forum for something not their business. We Joe Schmoes don't get to have our thoughts aired for all to see.

FROM YOUR SAME SOURCE: In an earlier song in 1990, when the President's father GEORGE was in charge of the country alongside the elder BARBARA as First Lady, Kid Rock sang, "Pimp of the Nation, I could be it/ As a matter of fact, I forsee it/ But only pimpin 'hos with the big tush/ While you be left pimpin' Barbara Bush."

it is funny how freepers will defend Kid Rock cause he dislikes liberals. It makes him no less an idiot unworthy of admiration.

No problem, most people have probably not heard about this anyways. I don't normally read playboy, but I did read his interview in there this month. It was kind of funny, that magazine is so liberal and they interviewed two guys that are both republicans this month--Kid Rock and the wrestler The Rock.

I think Alice Cooper said much of the same a few months ago, minus the potty mouth. Kid Rock's music and filthy mouth may belong in the toilet but he is right about this and his sincerity is refreshing, in a vulgar sort of way.

I acopuldnt have said it better myself. I think he expresses the way most of us feel. He was wrong about Natalie Maines though, she is married to an Arab , so that makes her an expert. Bwahahahahahahahahahaha.

Are the Dixie Chicks back to waiting on tables yet?

He's right. Kid's a lot like Ted Nugent in that regard. He states his opinion with a lot of f-words but the man is RIGHT ON.

No, you are the idiot, because he wrote that song in 1990, when he was a dumb 19 year old kid. He has never sang that song in any concert since he has been a popular artist. Also, I bet that if asked about the lyrics today, he would say he was wrong.

Please do your research before you are critical. Colin Powell and Tommy Franks both invited him to their retirement parties and he played a fundraiser during the RNC for the GOP.
