I've worked with Lucasfilm for the past couple of years and am currently doing a project for them.
They're a great company to work with-- "We want it fast, and we want it done right, and we're willing to pay you what it takes to get it done".
I wish all my clients were like them.

In response to the multitude of Jar-Jar haters (a respectable profession, don't get me wrong), I'm pretty sure Binks does not die, but rather has only a couple minutes of screen time in Episode 3.
