Funny story? Hmmmm. I don't think so.

"This is going to make them sound stupid, but..."\
They are stupid. Enough said.
My buddy threw a knife at his sisters foot one time when they were fighting, she hit him in the head with a broomstick. The blade busted her foot open. His dad is a Dr. they just stitched it up at the kitchen table. both were grounded for a week.
Please direct me to the humorous part. .....I can't seem to find it.
I broke my big sisters nose in a fight over which TV channel to watch. Of course this was after many, many years of her previously abusing me. We never fought again after that night.
Reserving judgment until pic of pie is posted
Mount Pleasant eh?
I'm sorry, but what part of this is funny?
When our teens are getting out knives and stabbing over silly things, it is anything but funny. Our world is going to the dogs...
"When the 13-year-old girl refused to give up the microwavable pie, her brother drew a nine-inch folding knife and attacked, Covarrubias said."That is series and I hope they take a hard look at the parents, too. What the heck is the kid doing packing a knife like that?
You might be a redneck if you've ever stabbed a sibling in a fight over food...
Welcome to FR....I think.....
Why call the police?
She is lucky they didn't show up and start shooting.
People should only call the police as a last resort.
I would have beat that kid's @ss, and grounded him for a year. Can't parents discipline their own kids nowdays with out getting law enforcement involved?
My son once (at age 5) took a chain across the street to hit another boy with. Fortunately, I saw him and stopped. He had a temper back then. The nickname "Link" has stuck ever since.
If this is a simple situation of siblings, why did mother call police instead of just taking daughter to hospital?
I was on the receiving end of a fork in a brother/sister fight over a pork chop (it was hardly even a scratch... I did worse to him through the years). We laugh about it now.
But a 9" knife blade is not funny.
when we were kids m e and my brother would beat aeach other with whatever we could get our hands on when we were ticked off at each other the only difference is that family business and disipline was kept in the family back then becasue the u.s.a. was not the police state u.s.s.a. that it has now become
As opinion journal would say... Not too Brite.
I remember my big sister chased me with a knife one time. I grabbed a barstool and held her off like a circus animal. All of this was witnessed by my best friend. My sister wouldn't have done anything, she was trying to intimidate me...but if my kids ever did it they wouldn't see the light of day for WEEKS.
