Funny that, I was just about to report on the lunch:
Soup: Corn chowder southwest style
Salad: Fields greens with your choice of dressing
Entre: I chose the herb-crusted baked talapia, with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted root veggies.
I may ask for an application to go to work for this film crew...knowing that the pay would be nothing, but I would eat large.
Add a piece of cheesecake for dessert, a cup of decaf and I'm ready for a nap!
Okay, I give up. What is talapia?
The pay should be good, especially if it is a union crew. And the food is part of the union contract. My son is a union musician and when he went on tour, the tour was required to provide "hospitality" before the performance, and between shows if they were doing a matinee and an evening performance.
At 19, he made and saved money going on tour, since his living expenses were covered and he could nurse his per diem money and bank the salary.
If you can eat that large, I say go for it!
