Same old same old going on at my end of things.
Lots of nothing.
Except for the occaisional rain, or snow flurry.
The last snow flurry had people having accidents left and right, including one of the county snowplows ending up in the ditch yet again.
*chuckle*
I've seen snow storms in mid-april near you.....and me......

I know.
But the locals seem to have forgotten that.
As did teh road department.

It was quite amusing to hear the road crew on the scanner whining about being in the ditch.
That's the second such plow vs ditch incident I know of.
Of course, the dispatcher called out for a car vs tree accident, and they said tree 1 car 0.
LOL!
Don't worry about it, I do that all the time!

Mind drain, the constant circling before going down one final time.
After having one run three people off the road on my street, it's wise to monitor them.

Wore lime green, watercolor silk, bag by Fendi, Jimmy Chou shoes, WONDERFUL hat, green contacts and red highlights in my hair. I received so many hugs, kisses and pats until I am just floating. :)

There was a house quite like that off 101 just south of San Jose.
Not that many years back some wag painted "For Sale $100K" on it. Two days later it said "Sold".

You probably recognize Nancy Grace from Court TV or CNN. She was nicknamed 'Amazing Grace' when she was a prosecutor in Atlanta. She never lost a murder case.
How many people who are completely innocent are on Death Row today because her great skill was matched against a near incompetent public defender?
These things happen. It is a shame, but to try to relitigate every case over and over because it might have been wrongly decided reduces the entire legal system to a joke. No case would ever be decided, no one would ever be punished. No one would ever get the damages they were due in a civil suit.
Cherish your Living Will, but don't count on it, because the loons like Randall Terry, his fundamentalist friends and extremist Catholics are trying to tie the Right-To-Die movement and the abortion movement together and end both.
If they get their way, no one, and that includes you, will be allowed to discontinue any form of life support or treatment, no matter how futile. They are intent on forcing everyone to live as long as possible and to die as miserably.
