:) Swervie, I've got to go. We have late reservations at the Judge's club for lunch. Please take care of yourself. I shouldn't like to return and find you banned or worse.
SMOOCH and hugs and I'll look for you in a bit. I worry, so watch it. :)BBS!

Oh, and please drop off your phone number in my mailbox, as I'm always losing it. :(
That's for in case you don't mind me. :)

Oh? So she can swallow? They put a crumb in her mouth, that's all it takes.
And anyway you know I don't care if she can tap dance. My fight is to enlarge the right to die. To prevent Randall Terry and now Larry Kleman from managing to outlaw the cessation of any type of life support for any reason.
These hyper-religious morons are trying to go back to the way it was before the Carolyn Quinlin decision when they would keep people strapped into life support screaming in pain for years for no good purpose but their own love of causing pain.
Terri Schiavo got her one bite at the apple in court and her family blew it for her. Too bad.
I think I had best go nap before I break something.

Here's the picture of the house. I guess it was $400,000. Nic has done a lot of the searching of laws and public records over the past year and a half. She could probably respond more accurately than I could.
Nic, you around? See Ringy's post #7083.

Or just got in town, she had 3 young kids with her, and the car's interior had long trip written all over it. They didn't all go in, she sent her ~ 6 yo girl in to order...

"So, it's his girlfriend's house? What does she do for a living? Are these new cars?" If memory serves, she has her own insurance business, which Michael is a partner in. Convenient. I remember when I got involved in this story a year and a half ago, there was a LOT of research being done on Michael and Jodi's financial records and professional connnections. Having everything in her name not only makes it look as if Michael has nothing, and can therefore claim Terri is indigent, but it is Jodi's best insurance against the same fate if Michael has a propensity for violence.
I don't know about the cars. Searching public records isn't my idea of a good time. I have to do enough of that at work.

"...and would receive communion and last rights at the end as per court order." And how much closer to the end do you think it should be? I guess they have to make absolutely certain that there is no chance that a taste of bread and wine offers her a single extra moment of life. No matter what your religious or legal views, just from a purely human standpoint, this is heartless cruelty in the extreme, and I believe the son of a b*tch is getting off on it.
