I knew a guy who lawn mowered his neighbor's pet.
This guy now belongs in prison or 6 feet under, take your pick.
He was never a good kid, and he will never be worth the air he breathes.
I hope the kid you're talking about can be reached and turned around soon.

"I hope the kid you're talking about can be reached and turned around soon." I hope so too. This kid doesn't respond at all to normal kinds of rewards and punishments. You can take away everything he likes, he doesn't care, at least, not so far as to change his behavior. And being told no will throw him into a fit of rage. The promise of something he wants doesn't seem to hold any attraction for him either. He also seems oblivious to the feelings of others and shows no remorse when he hurts someone, whether accidentally or intentionally. He rarely displays affection spontaneously.
