I had such fun today. I am trying to find candlesticks. 6 feet tall, of a certain era and type. :) Major search with minor selections. :)

Well, we will just have to disagree about the Humane Society. I liked them better before they merged ideologically with PETA.

Oh, Jeremiah is absolutely ga ga over the kitten. He named him "Mickey". LOL

I give to the humane society. PAWS, and various other pet rescue organizations. I like what they do. I like that they care what happens to the pets they save, restore and rescue and place for adoption.

Lisa does the same, and catches insects that get in the house and takes them outside to release.

You two gotta promise not to stage a 'rescue' at Keeneland.

Those critters KNOW that they're in DoggieDachau unless someone picks them...and forever after, are so very grateful.

All our guys were either pound found, or they wandered up and found us.

I suppose it's more of that personal responsibility. I feel we must be responsible for the living creatures we bring into our lives.

Oh, I know they do. But it is a luxury item now. With the current trend, I could see government getting involved in that too.
