co, I saw an old fellow on the beach go into one of those a few months back. He and his grown daughter had walked quite a distance. Fortunately, someone nearby had some snacks that they shared with him and he was soon feeling fine.

Not really. When governments roll out new plans to "help" me out of some supposed problem, I've come to realize that they're only going to steal more from me to give to some illegal, or some such, after cutting out a fat portion for themselves.
The system is so corrupt and broken, it's a wonder that our CatPuppy gets his check at all. ;-)
