Maybe. Maybe not. With him one can never tell. It all started with that attack by the freshwater man-eating shark. Many years ago the peaceful calm of a balmy Michigan summer day was shattered by the screams of ...

I do understand what you are saying...I spent my first 32 yrs of life in Chicago, and we always had brown dirt yard all winter, and into the spring...late spring the grass finally came up...but here in Western Washington, we almost have green grass year round...its lovely...

Here is a funny little story...now Andy has lived most of his life in the Pacific Northwest, and is used to its weather and climate...but when he went away to college, he went to Cornell, so thats in cold New York...he found the winters there so odd, so different from Western Washington...

One day he commented to one of his friends, that it all looked so odd, with brown dirt in the yard, and all the trees so bare for all of the winter...this friend looked at him as if he was nuts...he said, you know, New York, this time of year cannot be so different from Washington...after some wrangling with each other, they found out this was a grave miscommunication...being that this friend was from the east, when Andy said he was from Washington, the friend, being an Easterner, thought Andy was talking about Washington, D.C.....Andy being a westerner , when he said he was from Washington, he was talking about Washington State...it was all a matter of perspective...

But this friend was amazed to find, that out in the Pacific Northwest, we have green lawns in the winter, and altho we have lots of trees that lose their leaves in the fall, and are bare until spring, we also have millions of Evergreen trees, which keep the landscape looking green...the deciduous trees, just blend in with the evergreens...

So for Andy, seeking a cold northern state in the winter, was quite a different experience...

These blackberries that grow wild, are not really that good to eat, tho you often do see people out along big blackberry patches, picking the berries...

But to me, they dont have a good taste, ,and are so incredibly sour...one time I tried to make a pie with them, and you had to use so much sugar just to make the pie taste even good...

It just must be a different species of blackberry that grows wild all over the place, different from the type of blackberry that is really good to eat...

Hey NicM! Yes, Sharky has been a bad, bad, BAD boy and deserves a beating. Dunno if you have time to give him one now though, darn. Can you believe he wants us to support him???? He tried to blackmail you with some fictitious rules committee... I can't even mention what he tried to do to me.

It's actually BQ, she's talking about not including you as part of the retirement group she funds.

We're trying to help her understand the new demographics........
