Sorry you're having a rought day. This, too, shall end.
Or, as an old friend of mine used to say, "Cheer up. The worst is yet to come!"
I didn't find that to be useful advice.

Whaaaat? You have real green GRASS in Seattle at this time a year? It is wintertime and you are in the nawth! Lordy, I need to get out and visit this country from sea to shining sea in my "rig". LOL
Oh, I can't wait to see the gas station joint.

Hm. No spotted owls around here. We do have too damn many pigeons though. How about I go out and wring their feathery little necks? Close enough?

It's not about science at all. It's just the latest hook the envirowhackos are using to try to control everyone.

No kudzu here, at least not yet...I've seen in down South taking over trees and everything though...Blackberries are almost as bad up here, taking over things and are hard to get rid of...lol

When I tease my prof son-in-law about the global warming thing he launches into "Climate Change" mode, a term they invented so that any temperature variation or unusual weather pattern will fit their preferred crisis of the day.

That ivy looks like Cape Ivy, it's nasty stuff, but not as bad as kudzu. It can grow over shrubs and trees, and is hard to control. I've seen it in some of the area parks along the paths, and it will grow up tree trunks, and cover the tree, which will die if the ivy isn't removed. It needs to be chopped off at the base, then pulled off. The leaf has a waxy cuticle, and is resistant to herbicides. It's being called the "kudzu of the west", but that's an exaggeration.

How about I go out and wring their feathery little necks? And miss the opportunity for target practice? Besides, if you don't put lead into the air/water/pigeons, then who will?

I know, she keeps peppering me with emails telling me how wonderful it is. That may be where I move we can think of some way to make a living. In Mexico maybe David could just hang a shingle and practice law (after he learns to speak the language of course).

...as if "climate change" is something new and different. Oh, right - global climate has been stable and predictable until evil humans industrialized and started driving SUV's.
