I should have remembered youlike horses from last year's

I should not have been there. I truly shouldn't. You must defend your position, and I didn't have the health, then, to back myself up. I knew then AND now what I was talking about. Sometimes it's best to let it go, if it truly matters not. Ya know?
After I posted I realized it was from January 19th!! Cripes, what can I say, I got lost for a minute.

No, no. I, myself, right by myself, have NEVER owned a race horse, of any consequence. I have invested in them. I love animals. My trouble came when I realized these wonderful horses were NOT treated with kindness and care, in some instances. It's a long story and one best forgotten.
One may invest in all sorts of things and own PARTS of things, including certain animals. IF I go again, we'll see.

I used to get the DRF everyday.
Now I look on line when a race
interests me. Notice how long
shots come in on big racing days?
I think the big days bring out
folks who merely bet the chalk
or the horses touted in by the
sellers of those little "sheets"
outside the tracks.
They overlook the workouts and
the fresh horses.
