....Westy.....
.....Westy.....
I'll try to report on how it's doing.
Gots to go for now.....
We're not on a slab. We're on a foundation with lots of space between the floor/subfloor and the ground, so I don't think moisture is going to be a problem.
......Westy....
Best pray to the patron st. of lost causes, my friend.
You'll get it done, tomorrow. ;-)
I wish that the YellowDog dems were still an option.
States rights, screw you feds, and all that good stuff.
Love those guys who put sounds on their sites.
Thanks for the Gecko information. ;-)
DOH
Of course, you have no worries.
Good news, and floor in confidence.

Independent Electoral Commission of Iraq Your Voice... Your Future
The IECI is a wholly independent body, set up and run using funds allocated in the Iraqi Budget.
The Commission is tasked by law to prepare for and conduct elections in Iraq in accordance with the highest international electoral standards. It must be completely impartial and thoroughly professional in order to help ensure the credibility of the coming polls.
Directly after its formation last year, the Commission began organizing the first free elections in Iraq in half a century. Its first task was to recruit a national staff to carry out the IECI's remit. These were later augmented by many regional staff.
There will be 3 separate elections on January 30th - for an Interim National Assembly, for a Kurdistan National Assembly and for eighteen Governorate Councils.
The Commission is authorized in law to issue the regulations and procedures necessary for the conduct of the elections and has done so.
It operates independently of the Iraqi Government, the legislature and the judiciary. The UN and multi-national forces do not influence its decisions.
Andrew Wilkow is the newest and youngest member of the WABC air staff. Yes, he's in his very early 30's, but we don't want to reveal his real age because we don't want to come back and update this bio every year. He does speak a little bit of a different language than your typical WABC talk show host, but we think that's a good thing.

I just watched The Butterfly Effect. What a bizarre movie!
I haven't seen it yet.

Giving terrorism the finger!
Ohhhh - we liked that movie. We are watching "Open Water" right now, about some divers that got left in the ocean and are being nibbled by sharks. Based on true story.
I looked at that one and thought about getting it, but it looked pretty hokey to me. I got FarenHYPE 911 and A Day Without Mexicans (although I expect that one is probably agenda driven). Most so-called entertainment is any more. I used to really enjoy renting movies. Now it is getting harder and harder to find anything worth watching, or that doesn't feature performers who have so turned me off with their politics that it would ruin anything I saw them in.
I feel exactly the same - it used to be my favorite thing to do and it's hard to find anything these days. You were smart not to get the shark movie - it was horrible. There was nothing else available that night and I thought it got two thumbs up (which usually to me means tolerable). ICK.
I can't take the crybaby stuff I've read about The Day Without... they forgot to mention the criminals, all of Tucson's Most Wanted List, drug smugglers, etc. we'd also be "missing".
We liked Jamie Foxx in Collateral the other day... Also, I heard The Village is out - missed it in the theaters.
