You heard it here first.
Also Colts 35 Pats 27.
Can't wait for this weekend!!!
---
Nice and precise! That's the way I like it. "Slowhand"- yeh, I think he should speed it up and get off the net!
;-)
ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And they won't tomorrow! There ain't no Pittsburgh Joe Namath in the lineup for this punkly Jets team!!!
Yeh, and you're the ugliest, awkward guy you ever knew, you never got lucky with a hot girl, and you're DUE this time!
ROFL!!! Dream on!
The old 'Hidden Vigerish'........ as Bob Prince used to say! Damn, I hope not!
Played tons of Meaningful games in several different sports.
Pennington IS a better Quarterback, than Rothleisberger. Period.
Pennington's Already sent Brett Favre home empty handed in a game he had to have, and Peyton manning as well.
Right Now, Today, Rothleisberger is a Solid Rookie, on a Great Running Team who is asked not to Make mistakes, and Pick the spots they can to make a play or two.
Pennington is capapble of going the distance throwing the ball 30 times if he has to.In their last playoff Drive (02) he hung 4 Passing TD's on GB, and then came back the next week and tossed 3 more agiainst INDY in a game where they basically ran the ball in the 2nd half (40 rushes total)
Rothleisberger Has played in exactly how many meaningful games so far....2? at Home? against NE w/out Dillon and Philly To his credit they won both, but face the facts, they only let him put up the ball 15 times a game. (295 att/16 games)
You are either, biased or foolish.
>>The old 'Hidden Vigerish'........ as Bob Prince used to say!
There's gonna be some serious Chicken on the Hill, if you'll allow me to cross-sport metaphors!
Pittsburgh will be down 10 or greater at the half.
Then We'll see what Ben can do.....
Wow. What year did you win the super bowl?
From CNN/Si The Jets aren't just hyping themselves up when they say they can win in Pittsburgh. They outgained the Steelers in Week 14 and might have won if not for their 12 penalties, several of which the league admitted were errors in its subsequent game report
GO back to the steelers website and read the official Play by Play.
I'll be +19 with the spread by the start of the thrd qtr...
re: Pennington IS a better Quarterback, than Rothleisberger. Period. -- Only time will tell. (Roethlisberger!)
re: Pennington's Already sent Brett Favre home empty handed in a game he had to have, and Peyton manning as well.-- Favre is over rated, and that Manning game was meaningless.
re: Right Now, Today, Rothleisberger is a Solid Rookie, on a Great Running Team who is asked not to Make mistakes, and Pick the spots they can to make a play or two. -- somewhat correct, Bravo! (spell Roethlisberger tomorrow when you're writing of your Jets loss!)

In their last playoff Drive (02) he hung 4 Passing TD's on GB, and then came back the next week and tossed 3 more agiainst INDY in a game where they basically ran the ball in the 2nd half (40 rushes total) --- as we say in the game, "that was yesterday".

(295 att/16 games)-- your typing is getting progressively worse, just like the Jets against the Steelers! (Roethlisberger)
re: You are either, biased or foolish.--- you must be guessing!
Good luck about 25 hours from now. You will need it! I'll post to you tomorrow after you have taken the fall. It's no big deal, you'll get over it after about 12 more beers. I can tell that you are younger than my 58 years, so you will have many more years to make a fool of yourself. Keep the faith.
Go Stillers!!!
Keep talking. Your strained, child-like laments are the familiar sound of a fan and a very hopeful LOSER.
Maybe next year, when Pittsburgh's Curtis Martin is even older!
LOL! You don't think Curtis has some homey connections in Homewood who are asking him about his performance in tomorrow's game????
Curtis looked worn out last game! He's a good kid, but he's a Pittsburgh kid........... do you know what I'm saying?
keep movin' that hand, slowhand
Personally I hate it when the weather may have an effect on a game. Any luck usually only helps the inferior team, and as the bookies are saying, the Jets are that tomorrow. But the ball will get cold and hard in tomorrow's 20 degree weather, and I, as a Steeler fan, worry about fumbles when it gets cold (especially on punt and kickoff returns).
I was hoping for about a 40 degree day, but it's going to be cold. Nevertheless, if the Steelers don't put the ball on the ground, they should win.
But it's football, and anything can happen.
I CERTAINLY will not be on a live thread. I never do anything during a Steeler game, I will not even take a phone call. I watch them by myself or just once in a while, with some guys who played professional football. The wives in one room, the players in another.
Anyhow, if the Jets win, I'll be glad for you. But I really have gotten to know this Steeler team personally, they're healthy, they have great chemistry, they are good kids, so I think they will win. They really are solid! (And Cowher has two GREAT co-ordinators and RUSS GRIMM, the offensive line coach!)
Enjoy the game, one way or the other! It should be worth our watch!
>>Hey, MB, where are you from.
I grew up in Brookline. We lived up on Milan Ave., and went to Resurrection School. Moved there in 1964 at the age of 5, and lived there until 1976 when we moved to the west coast. I'll always be a Pittsburgher no matter where I go! I miss Danny's Hoagies!!! (snif)
so if Pennington bests Rothleisberger that means I won at a big level in organized sports? My hand is movin' alright but I am using it to scratch my head cause you make no sense.
It's never a question of a QB beating another QB. It's a team game! With each sentence out of your mouth, you illustrate your deep ignorance of the game.
And by the way, you still can't spell Roethlisberger (0 for 6 on the spelling, just like the Jets' record in Pgh.!).
You know what that means that you can't/won't spell Roethlisberger correctly? You have a deep seated subconscious feeling that if you give him the respect of spelling his name right, it may bring bad luck down on your sorry *ss team. Go ahead and spell it right. It won't hurt. It won't make any difference. You'll still lose.
younz are a younzer!
Jets 24 Steelers 17 (Insanity)
Are NFL teams placing him as a top draft pick?
