I see CBS is continuing their fine job of covering news instead of making it.

Actually, it sounds like he's right up to speed.Where there is smoke there is fire. I think the NY Media needs to put a full court press on this one! Is Randy Johnson capable of handling the New York media? Is it steroid rage? Is it true that he told Steinbrenner that he would not submit a blood sample? The fans want to know!!!
And Go BOSOXXXXX!!!!!!

Wait until he goes on his first, inevitable, on the DL! It might be redundant when it comes to talking about Randy Johnson, but this will get ugly!

This could get fun! Video available at linked article.Great stuff! I can't remember the last time the Yankees had such an ornery player. Pretty funny video.
To: NYCVirago
I'm glad I don't have to stand in the batter's box while he is feeling ornery!!

I think Randy looked better before he shaved. Oh well, at least he kept the fancy mullet.

The Bronx Hillbilly Come 'n listen to my story 'bout a man named Randy
The sad Diamondback, was his modus operandi
And then on the day he turned his head to cough
He saw a camera man, and told 'em to #&@! off. "Frightened", he is, country boy... city streets...
Well, the first thing to know, is he's a millionaire
A tall, ugly southpaw, with curly 80's hair
He said, the "New York Yankees is the only place for me"
So he loaded up the truck and he moved to NYC
"Toilet", that is, press pools... nudie bars...
Well, now it's time to say goodbye to "The Randy Honeymoon"
He might be better suited playin' basketball with Boone
We're all invited back again to this reality:
He's just a cranky cracker with a gimpy, swollen knee
Hillbilly, that is, set a spell, take your shoes off
Y'all come back now, hear?

The Yank-offs will still be unable to win a World Series, even with an aging Randy Johnson and the two butt-buddies, Jeter and Rodriguez.

"The Yank-offs will still be unable to win a World Series, even with an aging Randy Johnson and the two butt-buddies, Jeter and Rodriguez." Ooooh, you Methetic Fans are getting awfully feisty with that Pedro signing and the Beltran almost-signing.
In the meantime, I guess we Yankee Fans will just have to be content with yet another (yawn) playoff run to glory with the Golden Boys (insert your joke here).

The Yank-offs will still be unable to win a World Series, Yeah, they haven't won one in a whole four seasons now. An eternity, for sure. Who was the last team they beat again (in 2000)? The losers are sometimes difficult to recall.
......and the two butt-buddies, Jeter and Rodriguez.
How many Miss Universes has Jeter dated again? I suspect he's lost count by now.

The Curse of Hillary. The Yank-offs have not won a series since a certain native of Park Ridge, Illinois was sworn in as the junior senator from NY.
