I've notice at least three times today he internet had has slowed to a crawl only to be up and running in a few minutes time.

SBCYahoo DSL is very slow tonight and a large part of today.
I have lost my DSL connections several times today and tonight has been very bad.
My replies to FR are being double posted, and FR isn't the only site having problems.
It seems like every major holiday where the colleges are out, we get an over load on the internet.
