This is the first I've ever heard about "El Chiquito", Nelson de la Rosa. Maybe others have?

he's a dwarf who looks just like pedro, except he's 28 inches tall, of course. he was all the rage back when pedro was winning cy youngs and was worth the huge contract they paid him. Think Dr. Evil and mini me. But with a latino baseball player.
