I want to pick up the Writer's Guide or whatever it's called and start researching publishers, at least.
We'll see what happens from there. I think I still need to write two or three more books before what I write is worth reading.

I'm not sure the "story" is the point of the show. But, you're right, it does look like fun.

Well...must have SOME sorta plot to hang the songs on...that's what I mean.
Gosh knows some musicals barely have that...but they at least PRETEND to be about something...

Yeah, I'm sure there's something of a plot.
Although I'm trying to remember a plot for "Sugar Babies." I just remember being disappointed that Ann Miller couldn't dance that night.

That's not one I've seen.
But then...I've never been to a live show. Or very few - I saw a local production of "My Fair Lady" that I actually liked BETTER than the movie as a 13 year old, and a big stage version of "Annie" back in...ummm...woulda been '87, I guess. In Indiana somewhere - we were visiting family.
So I've kinda been limited to what's out on video locally.

I LOVE "42nd St."{! Finally saw it just before my 50th birthday when we took Clare's Girl Scout Troop on a weekend trip to NYC. Saw it at the 42nd. St. Theatre, as a matter of fact!

We just signed up for DISH network. Gonna finally sever TV ties with the local cable company, though we're gonna keep them for internet service. We were going to get the 120 channels service, until we found out that The Science Channel, DIY Network, and Fox Movies were only in the 180. That sealed THAT deal! It looks like a great package; free installation, 4 outlets, 2 of which are HDTV, two are DVR capable. One of the channels is the Univ. of Arizona, offering TV courses. WE also get all the local channels that are shown in the Boston area. We'll have to spend more time looking at their offerings. We also get all the local channels that are shown in the Boston area.
They install it next Thursday, so we're excited about that!

heh...heh...heh...
Luke went into Jr's room and apparently locked the door, so that when Jr. came out, he was locked out. There's a key...somewhere.
I just tried to explain to Jr. how he could get in. But I'm not sure he understood what I meant.
Otherwise, he'll have to wait until we get home from the show tonite...and he'll have to spend the evening downstairs with Nana and Luke...
BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
