Any standard program can be "un-installed" by going to:
Control Panel
Add Remove Programs.

Try that..

If it doesn't work, and what you have described is the case, then,
Chances are, it's NOT QuickTime, but a virus or SpyWare..
You will need to run some anti-spyware programs or anti-virus programs to rid yourself of your problem..
