Bob will describe what he wrote. He still doesn't have a clue how he did it. Yet another classic television moment...

Will it be close-captioned for the mumbling-impaired? :-)

Ed Bradley still has his earring. That doesn't count for much?

I found Bob(as presented) to be refreshingly truthful. He basically stated that he was creative and inspired by nothing he could pin down other than self described destiny, albeit a rather self absorbed limited one. He said he was never going to be that creative again.....(drug inspired creativity?)
He seemed to have a real visceral hate for Joe Sixpack's and their unfounded faith in his prose, which he claims was nothing more than good songs with no real insight. On this I agree, but why the need to riddicule his fans. He seems like a bit of a hypocrite.
I liked his explanation of the media and feel he's dead nuts on with it. Funny though how he'll use it when it lines his pockets.
Bob came off as a third rate George Harrison with few personal interests and far less talent. He seems like a passionless bitter old man who's never developed other interests and it's eating him.
So I guess Bob is right. He's got fans and wealth, reached his destiny, and done so because of stupid fans who misunderstand entertainment for activism.
I wish Ed had asked him about his Wilburry's year/s as well as aked him about his peers. It certainly was all about Bob wasn't it?

The thought that he might have had a hand in the crazed piercing movement of this generation makes me want to head him straight for the HOME.

The one single black journalist selected for the highly regarded program 60 minutes wears an earing. How would it look if Dan Rather wears nose or lip ring! Ed Bradley, is feeding him questions as Bob Dylan was the a prophet!
To: conservlib
Ed Bradley looks awful! Is he sick?

How would it look if Dan Rather wears nose or lip ring!I'm pretty sure Rather Dan has enough years behind him in order not to feel the pain of a new lip ring. As far as the nose ring - the one Dan got in the 60's should still work just fine...

Just like Sinbad, Jackson, and other black media figures, Bradley becomes whiter and whiter every year. I don't know what form of treatments they get for it, but I didn't know that being black was a condition which needed treatment?
You look at photos of them from decades ago and they are black people. You look at them today and they look like they've been deblacked.

He looks like he has AIDS? That's what I was thinking.

Geoffrey Holder, James Earl Jones, Grace Jones, Bill Cosby, Samuel Jackson(so far), Eddie Murphy, are black.
What the media types who alter that trait are is confusing to me and I would think a terminal separation from the black community, but apparently not.
When was the last black woman on the idiot box who didn't have a hair weave with white women's hair? I think it was Dr.Condoleeza Rice and we saw how much sport the black community and media types has with people who want to be what they are. We've even had digital editing of Rice's picture putting Biance's white girl hair on her head to show us that she could do so much more with herself than to hold a Phd in international politics and have earned one of the highest honors in the world for her abilities. None of that counts though if she can't whiten-up..........

That's been rumored for quite some time. It's nobody's buisiness IMHO. Bradley is somewhat better of a person than the rest of the crew. He's very good friends with Hunter S. Thompson and was so when Thompson wasn't wearing depends and popping Viagra, so I think the drug culture took a toll on Bradley.
My daughter caught the interview with Dylan with me and said that Dylan reminded her of the burnout guy in the duo role in the movie "The Mighty Wind" played by Eugene Levy. Too much acid isn't a good thing.
