I paid $225 several years ago for some help to stop smoking. I remember everything from the first minute to the time I left. If I was hypnotized, then It's news to me. I had a smoke before the day was over. It didn't work for me. I did stop, but it wasn't from the $225 investment.

In all fairness, it's really just a relaxation/concentration technique, so being in a deep trance isn't necessary, and lack of memory isn't part of it.

I've done a bit of research on it so that much I do know. But I'm looking for personal comments like yours as added info before spending time on it.
